Ivar McLeish
The Practice has been established in Musselburgh for more than 50 years. It has been based at the present location in Bridge Street Musselburgh for the past 38 years, and in the ownership of Mr McLeish for the last 26 years. Mr McLeish took over the running of the Practice in 1980 the five years previous to that he was Manager.
As the town of Musselburgh grew over the years and with Mr McLeish priding himself on keeping up to date with equipment and advances in technology the Practice has grown and become is the longest serving Optician in the local community.
As a keen sportsman himself Mr McLeish likes to support the various sporting organisations in the town. He sponsors Musselburgh Windsor, Musselburgh Athletic and Musselburgh Rugby Club. He is also a keen supporter of the Musselburgh Horticultural Society and was a member of the Musselburgh Rotary Club for 10 years.
Along side Mr McLeish there are three members of Staff who help run the Practice in a professional manner.
